Pre-Written
Autoresponder Campaigns
Your company offers a complete set of professionally
written email campaigns.
Each campaign contains a series of emails that will
automatically be sent to the prospects in your Contact Manager. These
email messages are personalized with your contact information as well
as your prospect's information.
To view or edit the emails that are included in a campaign:
● Click the Edit/View link for the campaign
in the Pre-Written Autoresponder Campaigns table, and you will be brought
to the View
Prewritten Campaign screen.
Custom
Autoresponder Campaigns
You can create you own Email Autoresponder Campaigns.
You can subscribe your Custom Autoresponder Campaigns to Contact
Categories or to individual prospects via the contact details page.
To create a custom autoresponder email campaign:
● Click the Create New Autoresponder Campaign
link, and you will be brought to the first screen in the create process,
the Create
New Autoresponder Campaign - Select Category screen.
To change the categories for a custom email campaign:
● Click the Edit Campaign link for the campaign
in the Custom Autoresponder Campaigns table, and you will be brought to
the Autoresponder
Campaign - Edit Category screen.
To add, view or edit the emails that are included in
a custom email campaign:
● Click the Edit Message link for the campaign
in the Custom Autoresponder Campaigns table, and you will be brought to
the Autoresponder
Campaign - View Messages screen.
To delete a custom email campaign:
● Click the Delete link for the campaign in
the Custom Autoresponder Campaigns table.
To view the email delivery statistics for an Autoresponder:
● Click the Delivery Report link for the Autoresponder
in the Autoresponder table.
