1.  Click Sales Tools on the main menu, and then click the Phone Scripts link. To edit a phone script, click the Edit link for the phone script in the table.

2.  Edit any of the following:

●    Edit the name in the Phone Script Name textbox.

●    Edit the description in the Phone Script Description textbox.

●    Update the Active checkbox as needed.

●    Update and format the phone script in the HTML Editor window.

3.  Click the Save button to save the edits.
