● Click the 5 Day Work Week View link to see Monday through Friday for the current week.
● Click the 7 Day Week View link to see Monday through Sunday for the current week.
● Click the Monthly View link to the current month.
NOTE: You can use the arrows at the top of the calendar to navigate to past or future days, weeks or months (depending the view you are on).
1. Click the Add Calendar Event link. The Appointment Details pop-up window/tab will open.
2. On the Appointment Details pop-up window/tab, enter the event details:
● Subject
● Location
● Event Date
● Start Time
● End Time
● Event Type:
● Conference Call
● Phone Call
● To Do
● Meeting
● Webinar: If you select Webinar, enter the Webinar's URL.
● Notes
● Recurrence: If the event is a reoccurring event, check the This event repeats checkbox and enter the details:
● Select the time frame using the drop-down
● If there is no end date for the reoccurring event, leave the Until checkbox unchecked. If there is an end date for the reoccurring event, check the Until checkbox, and enter the end date in the Until textbox.
3. Click Save and Close link to save the event to the calendar.
1. Click the link for the event in the Calendar. The Appointment Details pop-up window/tab will open.
2. On the Appointment Details pop-up window/tab, update the event details as needed.
3. Click Save and Close link to save the updated event to the calendar.

2. On the Appointment Details pop-up window/tab, click the Delete link to delete the event from the calendar.
